This gathering invites brothers into a deeper, embodied exploration of masculinity beyond performance, domination, or withdrawal. Rooted in inter-spiritual wisdom, depth psychology, and somatic practice, the weekend offers space to reconnect with the heart, strengthen the spine, and cultivate a grounded, life-giving presence.
Through ritual, council, contemplative movement, and archetypal teachings, we will explore what it means to be shaped by tenderness and strength, We will examine how patriarchy has shaped our bodies, relationships, and souls—and how a more integrated masculine can emerge in service to self, community, and the world.

Widely considered, the signature event offered by Illuman worldwide, this weekend experience was first developed and led by Father Richard Rohr more than 30 years ago.

Intended for men who have completed a Men's Rites of Passage weekend.
Continue the work you began during your MROP weekend, but go a little deeper in the masculine journey with other men. This experience has been complete re-vamped in recent years and is just as powerful as the MROP. You will also be part of creating a safe container for the men participating in the MROP. Revisit and build on what you began during your Men's Rites.
