MIRROR, MIRROR IN THE WILD

A JOURNEY OF ILLUMINATION EVENT SPONSORED BY TEXAS CHAPTER OF ILLUMAN

Have you felt that there is no one that has ever truly listened to you or understands you deeply?

Have you ever felt that you have nothing to say, or what you have to say is not important?

APRIL 21-23, 2023
Ebert Ranch
Harper, Texas
Facilitated by John Lew

Please join us in the Texas Hill Country for a weekend to utilize the practice of mirroring to center ourselves in our wholeness and heal our wounded parts.

Through the Art of Mirroring, we learn to listen as if our lives depend on it (they do).  We hone our ability to detect the magnificence and mythic qualities in our own and others’ stories. We listen for unique soul threads that might appear in a repeated theme, aspects of sacred woundings, dreams, unique imagery, or tracks of shadow material.

The key to reclaiming our original wholeness is not merely to suppress psychological symptoms, recover from addictions and trauma, or manage stress but rather to fully embody the four dimensions of our innate human wholeness, commit ourselves to the largest, soul-infused story we’re capable of living, and serve the greater Earth community.

John is an eclectic who revels primarily in depth psychology and the wilderness of nature and soul. He is trained in the Wild Mind work of Animas Valley Institute, Jungian studies at the CG Jung Institute of LA, and Dream Tending at Pacifica Graduate Institute.   He is a lover of the wisdom traditions, esoteric religions, mysticism, depth analysis, dreams and deep imagination, and the symbolic life. His sense of adventure is a casual wander into the underworld, an encounter with the collective unconscious, magic, the feminine, mystery, and the pursuit of deep wholeness for the unfolding of the world. His passion is deep relationship - with humans, and the 'others' - and living fully alive. He did his Rites of Passage in 2014 and is a cohort guide for Illuman.
